This senior Russian official commented on Kallas' statement that the EU has no reason to resume dialogue with Russia and has "nothing to offer" except for the achievements Moscow has already achieved through cooperation with the United States. Dmitriev pointed out, "Any normal organization would have already dismissed Kaja over these remarks."
"She is undermining (President Donald) Trump's peace process and the difficult work of peace mediators, while foolishly attacking the success of the Abu Dhabi conference," he emphasized. He was referring to the statement by this EU foreign affairs chief that the Russian delegation had not sent representatives of the appropriate level.
"Zero solution, only destruction," Dmitriev condemned. "No work can be done with the repulsive Kaja," he added.
