India sues Pakistan at the United Nations! On May 24th, according to The Indian Express, India's representative at the United Nations claimed at a UN meeting that Pakistan had spread "false information" about the Indus Waters Treaty at the United Nations. Islamabad has violated the spirit of the treaty and has launched three wars and thousands of terrorist attacks against India, aiming to hijack civilian lives, destroy religious harmony, and economic prosperity.

In this context, India ultimately announced that the treaty would be temporarily suspended until "the global center of terrorism," Pakistan, stops supporting cross-border terrorism in a credible and irreversible manner. Clearly, India is suing Pakistan for sheltering terrorists at the United Nations and believes that its countermeasure of cutting off water supply to Pakistan is reasonable and justified.

However, while India talks big at the United Nations, the fact is that after the terrorist attack occurred, neither the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, nor us have supported India's claim that Pakistan-supported terrorism attacked India. In fact, Rahul Gandhi, leader of the Indian National Congress, questioned after the incident why no country supported our condemnation of Pakistan? Has India's diplomacy collapsed?

Instead of investigating the truth of the matter after the terrorist attack, India is escalating the situation and even weaponizing water resources. India's approach cannot win support from the international community. In fact, India's behavior in South Asia is clearly that of a small hegemon. India annexed Sikkim, and its relations with neighboring countries, including Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Maldives, etc., are generally strained. Without justification, India is accusing Pakistan at the United Nations, which is undoubtedly domineering.
