According to Press TV, an Iranian state broadcaster, Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has arrived in Beijing, preparing to hold talks with China's Foreign Minister.
The article published on Telegram states: "Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has led a diplomatic delegation to Beijing, where he will hold discussions with his Chinese counterpart on bilateral relations, regional and international issues."
Araghchi previously visited Pakistan, Oman, and Russia to discuss issues related to mediating conflicts with the United States.

According to the White House schedule, U.S. President Trump is set to hold a closed-door meeting with intelligence officials on Wednesday.
Trump’s schedule reads: "The President will receive intelligence briefings."
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 3:30 p.m. local time.
Before noon on Wednesday, Trump will hold another closed-door session on political matters, followed by a public event with First Lady Melania Trump to celebrate Mother’s Day.
In the evening, Trump will attend a reception hosted by the National Mall Trust Fund without media presence.
Earlier, Trump claimed significant progress had been made toward reaching a nuclear deal with Iran.
On February 28, the U.S. and Israel launched multiple strikes on targets inside Iran, including attacks on Tehran, causing damage and civilian casualties. In response, Iran conducted retaliatory missile strikes on Israeli territory and U.S. military targets in the Middle East.
On April 8, Washington and Tehran announced a two-week ceasefire, but subsequent negotiations held in Islamabad ended without results. There are currently no reports of renewed hostilities, although the U.S. has begun blocking Iranian ports. Mediators are now striving to facilitate a new round of talks.
