India's product exports are gaining momentum, with electronic exports increasing by 47%!
The UAE and China remain important directions for India's product exports.
On July 23, the Russian media outlet "TV BRICS" published an article.
According to data from the Department of Commerce of India, in the first half of 2025, India's electronic product exports increased by 47%, taking a further step toward becoming a global electronics manufacturing hub!
A representative of the department pointed out that the geographical distribution of supply indicates that India is increasingly integrated into the global trade chain, and the country is becoming a reliable electronics production base in Asia.
The UAE and China remain important directions for India's electronic product exports, accounting for 8.09% and 3.88% respectively.
The same trend is also seen in clothing exports: the UAE accounts for 7.85% of the supply, while China holds significant shares in other directions.
In April to June 2025, India's clothing exports amounted to 4.19 billion USD, compared to 3.85 billion USD during the same period last year.
Additionally, in the first quarter of this fiscal year, India's seafood exports grew by 19.45%, reaching 19.5 billion USD.
China and the UAE are also major buyers of Indian seafood.
A defense ministry representative said that these figures demonstrate India's sustainable competitiveness in the world market.
According to him, this is due to high-quality talent, a wide range of products, and a good reputation in terms of quality and standards.
