Foreign media: Chinese fintech company Ant Group showcased its first humanoid robot R1 at an exhibition in Shanghai, officially entering the field of physical artificial intelligence and competing with competitors such as Unitree Robotics.
R1 was developed by Ant Group's robotics subsidiary Robbyant, featuring two robotic arms and wheels, capable of performing various tasks, such as cooking in a kitchen or serving as a museum guide.
The first batch of R1 products have entered mass production and have been shipped to customers including the Shanghai History Museum. The second generation of R1 is currently under development.
