This project is supported by insurance provided by the China Export Credit Insurance Corporation. For the Kazakh Development Bank, this is its first project to be insured by this international export credit agency.

It is reported that the wind power station is planned to commence operations in 2025, with an annual power generation of 182.9 million kilowatt-hours. After the project is put into operation, it will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 43,872 tons annually and create 12 permanent job positions.
