NATO Secretary-General: Russian Use of "Berezha" Missiles to Strike Ukrainian Lviv Aircraft Factory is a Signal to NATO

Sputnik News, Brussels, January 12 - NATO Secretary-General Rut believes that the Russian use of the "Berezha" missile to strike the Lviv F-16 and (Mig) Mig-29 fighter aircraft repair plant in Ukraine is a signal to NATO.

Russia's Ministry of Defense stated earlier that on the early morning of January 9, the Russian Armed Forces used the "Berezha" land-based missile system to strike the Lviv aircraft repair plant in Ukraine, causing the enterprise to be paralyzed. Russia's Ministry of Defense pointed out that the factory was responsible for maintaining the F-16 and (Mig) Mig-29 fighters transferred by Western countries to Kyiv.

Rut said during a joint press conference with Croatian Prime Minister Plenković: "We all saw the situation last week regarding the use of 'Berezha' missiles against Lviv. Russia is willing to prevent us from supporting Ukraine, but this will not stop us."
