In accordance with relevant provisions of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Export Control" and the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on the Export Control of Dual-Use Items", to safeguard national security and interests, and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has been decided to include 12 American entities, including American Photonics, on the export control control list (see attached list), and take the following measures:

One, prohibit the export of dual-use items to the above 12 American entities; any ongoing related export activities should be immediately stopped.

Two, in special circumstances where exports are indeed necessary, the exporter shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.

This announcement will come into effect at 12:01 a.m. on April 10, 2025.
