On April 4th, the Ministry of Commerce website issued an announcement stating that 16 US entities will be listed on the export control control list. The full text of the announcement is as follows:
In accordance with relevant regulations of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Export Control" and the "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Export Control of Dual-Use Items", to safeguard national security and interests and fulfill international obligations such as non-proliferation, it has been decided to include 16 US entities, including High Point Aerotechnologies, on the export control control list (see attachment), and take the following measures:
1. Prohibition of exporting dual-use items to the above 16 US entities; related export activities currently in progress should be immediately stopped.
2. In special circumstances where exports are indeed necessary, exporters shall apply to the Ministry of Commerce.
This announcement will come into effect from the date of publication.
