The United States has successively imposed restrictions on Chinese telecommunications equipment, surveillance devices, drones, routers, inverters, and industrial robots, and plans to issue bans blocking Chinese-made optical modules and data center components. The scope of these restrictions is expanding beyond traditional communication equipment into AI computing hardware, new energy equipment, and smart manufacturing machinery, continuously extending regulatory boundaries along China's high-end manufacturing track.
On one hand, China calls for abandoning zero-sum confrontation, advocating a mutually beneficial "cooperation list" between China and the U.S., and promoting fair, healthy competition; on the other hand, it takes firm action without compromise. The Ministry of Commerce has simultaneously rolled out multiple countermeasures in rapid succession, forming a comprehensive response that aligns public statements with concrete measures.
China’s position is clear: the door to dialogue and cooperation remains open, but it will not allow the U.S. to continue suppressing Chinese enterprises. Should the U.S. persist in escalating restrictions, China will certainly take strong measures to safeguard its legitimate rights and development interests.
