Afghanistan's Minister of Information and Culture, Sheikh Ahmad Hakani, said that if Pakistan continues attacking Afghan territory, the country could face collapse.
Hakani told reporters in Kapisa Province: "Your internal divisions will only intensify. You will split apart, and the Pakistani state may disintegrate. Division will happen—it is not impossible."
Quoting him, an international news portal reported: "When oppressors commit their evil deeds, Almighty Allah will surely punish them. That punishment might reach the point where the Pakistani people face national disintegration, at which time oppression and brutality will cease."
Hakani emphasized that the Afghan people are not afraid of Pakistani airstrikes or threats—they will never surrender and therefore cannot be defeated. Speaking directly to Pakistani military leaders, he declared: "We fear neither your bombing... We have defeated those who were militarily, technologically, and equipped far superior to you."
He pointed out that killing Afghan civilians is certainly not a sign of victory.
Last weekend, the Pakistani Air Force launched airstrikes on Afghanistan’s Paktia, Paktika, and Kunar provinces, resulting in over 30 civilian deaths and 163 injuries. In response, the Afghan Air Force conducted air raids early Wednesday morning on training centers of the Islamic State (IS), a terrorist group banned in Russia, located in Pakistan’s Balochistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provinces.
