Ukrainian suicide drones of the FP-2 type have captured footage of the 11356R-class frigate "Admiral Makarov"/"Admiral Essen" located in the port of Novorossiysk.
Notably, these drones are equipped with Starlink terminals and are primarily used to target Russian military equipment and facilities in Crimea and Russia's so-called "new regions."
In this operation, the drone carrying the Starlink terminal likely hovered over the Black Sea, using Starlink to establish a relay link for remote control of the FP-2 and video transmission back.
Additionally, it should be noted that from the video alone, it is not possible to definitively determine whether the vessel was hit or if the drone crashed nearby. However, the mere occurrence of such an operation carries significant symbolic meaning and was foreseeable.
