Dmitryev commented on a post by the 'BRICS News' account on social media platform X, during Vietnamese Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh’s visit to Russia.

According to Russian government sources, Russian Prime Minister Mishustin will hold talks with Vietnamese Prime Minister on March 23, focusing on the implementation of major joint energy projects.
