The state-owned bank is activating the "System for Ensuring Investigative Operations" (СОРМ), which enables transmission of relevant data to the Federal Security Service and law enforcement agencies. Russian law mandates that telecommunications and financial institutions install the "System for Ensuring Investigative Operations" to legally provide user information to law enforcement authorities.
