Data shows that in 2025, India's gold imports from Russia amounted to $50.8 million, which is 149.3 times that of 2024.

In 2021, India's total gold imports from Russia reached a historical high of $323.7 million, while in 2024, it was only $336,000.

The top five gold suppliers to India include the UAE ($16.5 billion), Switzerland ($14.25 billion), Peru ($5.81 billion), Ghana ($4.49 billion), and Hong Kong, China ($2.78 billion).
