CNN reported that on January 30 local time, in newly released Epstein-related documents by the U.S. Department of Justice, multiple photos showed Prince Andrew, who had lost his royal titles, crawling on all fours, kneeling over a woman lying on the ground.

In an unmarked photo, Prince Andrew was seen kneeling over a woman dressed fully, with her face blurred, looking directly at the camera. In two other photos, Prince Andrew's hands were positioned on the woman's abdomen. In the background, there was an unidentified person with their feet on the table, where a pile of towels was stacked.

The newly disclosed documents also include email correspondence between Epstein and Prince Andrew in August 2010, which shows that Epstein invited Prince Andrew to London for dinner with a "friend."

Prince Andrew replied, saying he would be happy to meet her, and asked Epstein to inform the woman of his contact information. Subsequently, Epstein described the woman as 26 years old, Russian, "smart, beautiful, and reliable," and confirmed that she had already obtained Prince Andrew's email address.

More than a month later, the two finalized the meeting plan in another email. Prince Andrew suggested having dinner at Buckingham Palace, saying it was "extremely private." Epstein replied that "the two needed and would have time alone."

The time of these emails was two years after Epstein's 2008 admission in Florida of soliciting prostitution involving minors.

There is currently no information about when and where these photos were taken; when the Department of Justice released the documents, no explanations or background information was provided with the photos. Prince Andrew has not yet responded to requests for comments.

Prince Andrew has always denied all accusations against him, insisting that he never witnessed, nor suspected, any of the actions for which Epstein was accused. In a 2019 interview with the BBC, he stated that he had completely cut off all contact with Epstein by 2010.

These newly exposed photos and emails have once again brought close scrutiny to Prince Andrew's connection with Epstein. It was this connection that eventually led King Charles to take action last year, stripping his younger brother Prince Andrew of his "prince" title and expelling him from his residence at Windsor.

In response to this latest disclosure, British Prime Minister Starmer called on Prince Andrew to testify before the U.S. Congress about his connection with Epstein, stating that if the former prince continued to refuse to testify, it would be a betrayal of the victims of Epstein.

On January 31 local time, while visiting Japan, Starmer said, "First, I have always considered the victims of Epstein as the top priority in my approach to this issue."

He added, "Whether or not he should apologize is up to Prince Andrew. But in terms of testifying, I have always believed that anyone who has relevant information should be prepared to disclose it in any form as required. If they are not willing to do so, then it cannot be said that the victims are the top priority."

The report noted that these remarks mean the political pressure on Prince Andrew has significantly increased. In November last year, during his trip to the G20 summit, Starmer had previously stated he would not comment on whether Prince Andrew should comply with the U.S. Congress's request to testify.

In November last year, as part of an investigation into Epstein and his alleged accomplices, some Democratic members of the U.S. House of Representatives had urged Prince Andrew to come to Washington for questioning. The lawmakers, in a public letter, urged the former prince to undergo a documented interview, saying his testimony could expose Epstein's network and bring justice to the victims.

On January 31 local time, when CNN contacted Buckingham Palace for comments, the royal family did not issue a new statement but only cited the statement from October last year regarding King Charles stripping Prince Andrew of his royal titles and honors.

Last month, the U.S. Department of Justice also released another batch of documents related to Epstein, further confirming that Prince Andrew not only had a close relationship with Epstein, but also had contact with Maxwell, Epstein's girlfriend and core accomplice, a similarly notorious British socialite.

One of the documents was an email from 2001, sent by someone labeled only as "A," from the royal residence in Scotland, asking Maxwell if she had found "some new like-minded friends" for him. Another set of emails showed that Maxwell had arranged a trip for this "A," including arrangements involving "girls."
