The Department of Commerce and Industry of India stated: "Both sides explored opportunities in areas such as rare earths and critical mineral mining, underground coal gasification, and modern industrial infrastructure development."

The department also said that key areas include aerospace technology cooperation, such as establishing modern wind tunnel facilities, producing piston engines for small aircraft, and jointly developing technologies such as carbon fiber, additive manufacturing, and 3D printing.

Amardeep Singh Bhatia, Director General of the India Industrial and Trade Promotion Organization, and Alexei Gruzdev, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of Russia, also discussed key areas such as aluminum, fertilizers, and railway transportation, as well as capacity building and technology transfer in mining equipment, exploration, industrial and household waste management.

The Department of Commerce and Industry of India stated: "At the end of the meeting, the two co-chairs signed the protocol of the 11th meeting, reiterating the India-Russia strategic partnership and jointly committing to deepen industrial and economic cooperation.
