Russian News Agency reported today (April 27) that the leaders of 19 countries have expressed their intention to attend the military parade commemorating the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War to be held in Moscow. In addition to the usual leaders of the CIS countries, it is expected that the leaders of Brazil, Venezuela, Vietnam, Cuba, Serbia, and Slovakia will come to Moscow.
With more than ten days left, Russian side predicts that some other countries will also accept the invitation.
The US President Trump has already stated that he will not participate in the parade.
China has accepted Russia's invitation in February and decided to attend the commemorative activities and Red Square military parade on May 9 in Moscow.
