Russian Media: Amur Region's First "China-Friendly" Pharmacies Receive Certification

First in Russia! Pharmacies in Amur Region Awarded "China Friendly" Certification, Fully Adapted for Chinese Tourists

The Russian Quality System (Роскачество) announced that three pharmacies in Amur Region have become the first in Russia to pass the "China Friendly" (China Friendly) certification standard, marking them as the country's initial pharmacy institutions offering customized services for Chinese tourists. Certified entities include "Sotsialnaya Apteka" and two chain pharmacies under the "Твояаптека.рф" brand.

To eliminate language and cultural barriers, these pharmacies have completed comprehensive adaptation measures: all signs, informational materials, and contact details now feature Chinese translations; drug classification names have been fully translated into Chinese; and a dedicated bilingual rapid translation mini-program has been installed at checkout counters for real-time Chinese-Russian communication.

The Russian Quality System certification body stated: "Holding this certificate means Chinese tourists will not experience service gaps due to cultural differences or insufficient supporting infrastructure."

It is reported that starting June 1, 2026, Russia has officially implemented national pre-standards in the tourism industry aimed at comprehensively enhancing service compatibility for Chinese visitors. Previously, the Russian Quality System had launched a voluntary certification program for clinics and sanatoriums called "Muslim Friendly" (Muslim friendly).
