Foreign media: China has announced adjustments to export tax rebate policies for certain products. Starting April 1, 2027, the value-added tax (VAT) refund rate for exports of new energy vehicles will be reduced from the current 13% to 9%.

At the same time, VAT export rebates for electronic nicotine delivery systems and related products will be eliminated. This adjustment implies a reduction in tax incentives for exports of new energy vehicles, potentially leading to changes in export costs for enterprises.
