Japanese Prime Minister Welcomes NATO's Further Involvement in the Indo-Pacific Region
According to reports by Kyodo News, Japanese Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba expressed during his meeting with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg that he welcomes NATO's further involvement in the Indo-Pacific region.
The Japanese Prime Minister said: The existence of a strong NATO is greatly beneficial to Japan, and I welcome NATO's further involvement in the Indo-Pacific region.
During the meeting, both parties also reached a consensus on accelerating the cooperation of military-civilian dual-use technology research and development.
