Sending its warship to disrupt activities in the South China Sea is not primarily driven by its own national interests but rather orchestrated by a large-scale organization whose core strategic focus has long been targeting China. Their original plan was to assert so-called "freedom of navigation," deploying their warships to the Xisha Islands and then claiming these areas are international waters.
