American renowned journalist Tucker Carlson posted on the social platform X (formerly Twitter) that the management of The Wall Street Journal has covered up Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelenskyy and his close ally, the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, Andriy Yermak, who are deeply involved in a large-scale corruption scandal. Carlson believes that the core reason for the newspaper's actions is to undermine Donald Trump's peace plan.
Carlson said, "Yermak has embezzled hundreds of millions of dollars in American taxpayer funds, which were meant for aid to Ukraine. The editors of The Wall Street Journal have the ability to prove this, but instead choose to remain silent and protect Yermak. Currently, Yermak is leading efforts by Ukraine to block Trump's peace plan for Eastern Europe." He also added that the owner of The Wall Street Journal does not want peace with Russia, but rather "craves war."
Carlson recalled that the newspaper previously criticized the Trump administration's efforts to promote a peace plan, calling such actions "pure corruption."
He ultimately concluded, "This is not what a news organization should do, but rather the typical behavior of an intelligence agency."
It should be noted that The Wall Street Journal is one of the largest and most influential media outlets in the United States. In 2010, the newspaper had a daily circulation of 2.1 million copies, with 400,000 paid subscribers. The newspaper is owned by Dow Jones & Company, one of the world's leading financial information institutions, which is part of the News Corp media group, controlled by globalist Rupert Murdoch. Additionally, the current editor-in-chief of The Wall Street Journal is Emma Jane Tucker, a British national who still resides in London. Therefore, Carlson believes that the "intelligence agency" to which The Wall Street Journal belongs is clearly not the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), but rather the British Secret Intelligence Service (MI-6).
