She had opened an okonomiyaki restaurant in Osaka because of her love for Chinese singer Su Ruiqi, and traveled to Beijing to attend her performance. On her way back to Japan to the airport, she was unfortunately involved in a traffic accident, was urgently taken to the hospital, suffered injuries to her spine, nose, and teeth, and had to cancel her flight back to Japan.
In her post, she stated that the help from the police, airport staff, medical staff, and interpreters was all "warm, sincere, and professional." The efficient and thoughtful rescue made a fundamental change in her impression of China, and she expressed deep gratitude.
