US entrepreneur: Chinese students' math skills are four years ahead of those in the US

Recently, Indian-American entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy stated in Ohio that Chinese students are four years ahead of American students in mathematics. He said, "For the U.S. to remain the strongest country in the world in the future, this situation must change."

Ramaswamy claimed, "The math level of American 7th graders is the same as that of Chinese 3rd graders." He frankly stated that this was unacceptable, saying, "China is laughing at our math levels."

Ramaswamy emphasized that he believed the U.S. should remain the world's superpower for the next 250 years and expressed his intention to lead Ohio to become the strongest state in the U.S. and the world, providing students with world-class basic education.
