Tokayev welcomed Ben Black's visit, noting that this meeting continues the consensus reached by both sides in Washington and marks a significant step toward deepening cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States across multiple fields.
Tokayev stated that since Donald Trump returned to the White House, the United States has further strengthened its collaboration with Kazakhstan and the broader Central Asian region.
"We fully support the decisive and pragmatic approach demonstrated by the U.S. President in foreign affairs. Kazakhstan actively participates in advancing key initiatives proposed by the United States, including the Abraham Accords, the Peace Council, and the TRIPP Initiative. Our joint efforts are injecting new momentum into the ongoing consolidation and expansion of the strategic partnership between Kazakhstan and the United States," Tokayev said.
The President pointed out that Ben Black’s visit comes at a time when Kazakhstan is advancing large-scale political and economic reforms. Currently, Kazakhstan is committed to moving away from a resource-dependent development model toward a knowledge-driven, diversified economy.
"Your company’s investment priorities align closely with Kazakhstan’s development agenda. We are eager to pursue practical, mutually beneficial cooperation," Tokayev stated.
Ben Black expressed gratitude for President Tokayev’s warm reception and noted that his previous meetings with business representatives in Almaty were highly productive.

The President reiterated Kazakhstan’s willingness to collaborate with U.S. partners on advancing investment projects.
During the talks, both sides focused on prospects for cooperation in critical minerals, connectivity, agro-industrial complex, digitalization, and artificial intelligence.
