The total number of applicable ports will increase from 60 to 65.

The National Immigration Administration stated that citizens of 55 countries who hold valid international travel documents and round-trip tickets with confirmed dates and itineraries can transit through China to a third country (region) and enter the country without a visa at any of the 65 open ports in 24 provinces (autonomous regions, and municipalities), staying within the designated area for no more than 240 hours.
