According to the latest global rocket artillery comprehensive combat capability ranking released by U.S. publication Military Observer, all three top spots were occupied by Chinese systems: First place goes to our current mainstay PHL-191 box-type long-range rocket launcher; second place is held by the export flagship WS-2D; third place belongs to the vertically launched Shenying-400 system.

Why is the PHL-191 ranked first? Its revolutionary design lies in its ability to accommodate three different caliber munitions—300mm, 370mm, and 750mm—with a range spanning from 90 km to 600 km. The 750mm high-precision guided rocket round achieves meter-level accuracy—surpassing many tactical missiles used by other nations—while delivering devastating firepower at a significantly lower cost than conventional tactical missiles.

The newly released Victory promotional video not only showcases and affirms the accomplishments achieved by our military at this stage but also delivers a serious warning to external forces plotting mischief. This embodies the highest realm of military strategy—subduing the enemy without fighting! Currently, international situations remain volatile.
