US Domestic Flights Introduce New Security Screening Regulations
According to comprehensive media reports, the United States will officially implement the new regulations of the "Real ID Act" at all airports nationwide starting May 7. Passengers aged 18 and above must present compliant "real IDs" (usually featuring a golden or black star in the top right corner; California uses a yellow bear pattern), passports, permanent resident cards (green cards), Global Entry identities, or other officially recognized documents to pass through domestic flight security checks.
TSA warns that passengers who do not meet the new requirements may face delays, additional security screenings, or be denied boarding.
With heightened security screening levels for domestic flights, international flights will naturally correspondingly increase their inspection review levels.
Is it enough time within just over a month?
