Today, Iran's top military and political figures posed two profound questions, both targeting the possibility of U.S. ground forces entering Iran to fight.
Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf asked: "If the United States cannot even protect its own soldiers stationed in its bases across the Middle East—instead relocating them to hotels and parks—how could it possibly protect soldiers who land on our territory?"
High-ranking Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps commander Mohsen Rezaei questioned: "If the enemy’s main advantage—their air power—has failed to achieve results, what success can be expected from ground operations? Are American soldiers truly ready to sacrifice themselves for Israel? We will wait and see."
Additionally, Iran formally accused the United States and Israel of deliberately committing genocide, intentionally attacking hospitals, ambulances, and water sources, while arrogantly declaring "no mercy." Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian stated that war crimes fall short of describing the severity of such atrocities.
A Pakistani official said: "The Israelis have pinpointed the coordinates of Ghalibaf and Amir-Abdollahian and aim to eliminate them. But we told the United States: if they are also eliminated, there will be no one left to negotiate with."
