Ukrainian media (source: RBC Ukraine) reported that on the morning of August 19, Russian forces used multiple "Geranium-2" drones, two "Iskander-M" ballistic missiles, and Kh-101 cruise missiles to attack targets in Kremenchuk, Poltava Oblast (including the city's oil refinery).

Additionally, the capital of Poltava Oblast, Poltava city, and the city of Lubny in the same oblast were also attacked by Russian "Geranium-2" drones.

According to some Ukrainian media citing the Ukrainian Security Service, North Korea is suspected of delivering 600mm multiple rocket launcher systems (MLRS) to Russia.

It is alleged that the Russian military has received two sets of 600mm MLRS, as well as 120 sets of 240mm and 170 sets of 107mm MLRS.

In addition, Ukraine claims that North Korea has transported approximately 190 sets of 170mm and 122mm self-propelled artillery, about 100 pieces of 122mm towed guns, and up to 100 pieces of 140mm mortars to Russia.

Ukraine also claims that North Korea may have transferred other military and dual-use materials to Russia.

Regarding the 600mm rocket launcher, North Korea only has one officially named system called the "600mm Multiple Rocket Launcher"—the KN-25 system. This system actually launches tactical ballistic missiles with a range of up to 380 kilometers, equipped with tracked (carrying 6 rounds) and wheeled (carrying 4 or 6 rounds) launch vehicles. The shortest firing interval per launch vehicle is 40 seconds. If two such systems are transferred, it would mean the Russian military can fire an additional 8-12 tactical missiles.

The missiles of this system fly along a sloping trajectory, with a simple flat trajectory and low overload, so the actual accuracy and reliability in combat are theoretically less different from test field data.
