Sputnik Vladivostok, September 3 - During the Eastern Economic Forum, Maria Zakharova, a spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, told Sputnik that returning the Russian diplomatic assets seized by the United States is an unavoidable condition for the full restoration of bilateral relations, and Moscow expects the US to return these facilities.

She said: "Of course, resolving the issue of returning diplomatic assets, i.e., diplomatic real estate, remains an unavoidable condition for the full restoration of bilateral relations."
