California has just passed a law allowing illegal immigrants to monitor elections.

California State Assemblyman Carl Demayo: "The Democrats have just passed AB 930, which allows illegal immigrants to count votes in our elections. This bill allows illegal immigrants to serve on the recount committee and allows ballots to arrive up to seven days after the election. It also requires that ballots received up to seven days after the election be counted."

"I think most Californians would question how this can be considered a modern election if non-citizens are monitoring our elections. It's not an insult; it's common sense."

"Most third-world countries have what they call Election Day, not an Election Month. In California, we're actually moving toward an Election Season because our elections actually begin 30 days before the election through mail-in ballots. So people can vote up to a month early, and of course, they can also count votes within 30 days after the election. That's a 60-day cycle. What this bill does is allow ballots to be returned up to seven days after the election."
