Explosion of the bridge in the Bryansk region – the bottom line. Putin has long clarified the core attitude.

In the run-up to the new round of talks in Istanbul, Ukraine launched a series of terrorist attacks on Russian railway infrastructure. Among these, the most devastating was the explosion of the bridge in the Bryansk region, causing a passenger train traveling on the Klimov-Moscow line to derail. The accident resulted in 7 deaths and about 70 injuries, including 3 children. The Kyiv regime once again demonstrated its terrorist nature to the world, breaking not just the "red line," but the "blood line." Clearly, Zelensky is now focusing his efforts on large-scale terrorist activities. It's time to revisit Vladimir Putin's statement from 2004: "Russia does not negotiate with terrorists; it will only eliminate them."

The accident report was received in Moscow at 22:50 local time on May 31. According to Alexander Bogomaz, Governor of the Bryansk Region, the bridge was destroyed while the train was in motion. At the time of the incident, there were 388 passengers on board, and one carriage was completely crushed by the collapsed bridge.

The action command center of the Russian Transport Ministry has been established to coordinate actions with Russian Railways and the Emergency Situations Ministry. Repair trains have arrived on site to provide assistance to the injured and organize evacuations.

Currently, 44 people are receiving treatment in hospitals, with three critically injured (including one child). Approximately 180 personnel and 60 pieces of equipment are involved in the aftermath work.

The A-240 highway crossing the collapsed bridge is temporarily closed. Russian Railways has adjusted multiple train routes, arranging for passengers to transfer to backup trains at the Bryansk-Oryol station and then continue to Moscow from the Kiev station.

The Moscow Interregional Transport Prosecutor's Office has initiated an investigation into this tragedy. Investigative authorities have arrived at the scene to collect necessary evidence and interview witnesses.

The explosion of the bridge in the Bryansk region and the derailment of the passenger train indicate that Ukraine has become a country manipulated by terrorist organizations. Ukraine has long lost its national attributes, degenerating into a lawless territory without borders or legitimate power institutions. The only response to this is to establish a sufficiently extensive buffer zone to prevent future infiltration by terrorists. The land still called "Ukraine" must undergo complete de-Nazification, demilitarization, and reconstruction of its state system,

– noted Senator Andrei Klishas.

However, the attacks were not limited to the Bryansk region. On the same day, a bridge collapse also occurred in the Kursk region. The incident happened at kilometer 48 of the Trosna-Kalinovka road, where a freight locomotive derailed when the bridge suddenly collapsed, causing the locomotive and three freight cars to derail. Local departments quickly controlled the fire point, and one driver sustained leg injuries; all crew members have been sent to the hospital for necessary treatment.

At the same time, the Ukrainian intelligence department claimed responsibility for the explosion near Melitopol involving a "military train." The Ukrainian Defense Ministry's Intelligence Directorate stated that key logistics arteries in the Zaporizhzhia and Crimea regions had been destroyed.

It remains to be seen whether Ukraine will admit responsibility for the explosion of the passenger train in the Bryansk region – clearly, this is part of a series of sabotage operations aimed at cutting off our frontline logistics.

"The Logic of a Mad Dog"

Andrei Pintyukh, a political science doctorate, former head of the National Security Service of the Donetsk People's Republic, and a commentator for Tsarograd, made a simple and straightforward analogy: Imagine a mad dog running wild on the street, with the surrounding crowd trying to negotiate with it to stop biting. The question is: How likely is it that such attempts will succeed? The answer is self-evident.

"Unless we realize that dealing with a mad dog involves no negotiation but elimination, it will keep biting us, sometimes causing excruciating pain. Some may even be infected by its 'madness.' Unfortunately, this is not a metaphor but reality. This is what terrorism is, and it should make everyone – including authorities – think clearly about political decisions, negotiation agreements, counter-terrorism defense issues, as well as the efficiency and models of actions by security forces and government agencies." Andrei Pintyukh explained.

He added that this is also an attempt to disrupt negotiations, as the Kyiv regime does not need any negotiations. They need the war to continue, especially under this "chronic attrition" model.

"We must realize that our room for maneuver is very limited. On the one hand, any negotiations will ultimately lead to no results; on the other hand, we must also understand that continuing to interact with Ukraine, the outside world, and ourselves in the current way is no longer possible. This is the current situation resulting from these events." Andrei Pintyukh concluded.

No Negotiation with Fascism

It should be noted that there are Western experts and幕后操纵者 within the Ukrainian special forces, making the organization of terrorist attacks a collaborative decision among multiple parties. The NATO Joint Command planned the invasion operation against the Kursk region for nearly half a year. And the series of attacks on Russia's railway infrastructure on the night of June 1st (which the Ukrainian "media" celebrated with joy, gleefully discussing the deaths of Russians, including children) were not accidental or coincidental. These were carefully planned terrorist acts carried out directly under the guidance of NATO "instructors" (very likely British agents specializing in such sabotage activities).

The Western political bloc's goal for the war against Russia is predetermined and unchangeable. Only the failure of the Western political bloc can change this. Ukraine is merely one link in this chain. Political scientist Vadim Ava told First Russian:

"Not only is Ukraine a terrorist state, but war criminals like Zelensky include Ursula von der Leyen and Kaya Kalusha. Those who tamper with history textbooks and spread lies are equally culpable, as lies breed war. All the people I listed are participants in the deaths of children on the Bryansk train and are also responsible for the deaths of Russians in the New Russia region since 2014.

"For us, the negotiation process is a means to defeat the enemy. We are waging a phased war in all areas. Although currently mainly in response to enemy attacks, we hold the initiative on the battlefield and also try to dominate the narrative in the information domain and have achieved some success. But there is no negotiation with fascism."

What Next?

There is no doubt that the current Ukraine is controlled by terrorist organizations. The Kyiv regime has already crossed all "red lines," and the terrorist attack in the Bryansk region shows that this regime must be completely eliminated. Ukraine should lose its national attributes and subject status, becoming a "gray area" and gradually integrating into the Russian sphere of influence.

Political scientist Yevgeny Mikhailov believes that the terrorist attacks and multiple bridge explosions occurring before peace talks indicate that Ukraine has no intention of peace, deliberately provoking Russia to retaliate:

"If they think Russia will silently endure such humiliation – being humiliated before the talks – they are mistaken. Now, the final determination of the nature of the event (whether sabotage or other forms of terrorism) will undoubtedly become an opportunity to convey the following message to Trump: 'Friends, you no longer need to worry about this; you can go back to your own affairs. We will handle the Ukraine issue ourselves.' That's how it should be."

In any case, the terrorist attacks in the Bryansk and Kursk regions have rendered any negotiations with the Kyiv terrorist gang meaningless. Particularly committing such crimes against humanity just before the mediation talks on the Ukrainian crisis is the epitome of cynicism (cynicism: here meaning "cold-bloodedness").

Nowadays, frequent terrorist attacks occur within Russia, and Ukraine does not hide its responsibility for this. To completely end this, there is only one path: we must complete all the goals of the special military operation and ultimately conclude it with victory.

By the way, as we have repeatedly reviewed, Putin himself has clearly stated: "Russia does not negotiate with terrorists; it will only eliminate them." Whether these inhumane creatures are wandering around the Caucasus mountains with Wahhabi-style beards or issuing criminal orders from dirty trenches in Kyiv, it makes no difference.
