On November 1st, Ni Ni's studio commissioned a lawyer to issue a statement: Recently, various platforms and users have spread and fabricated false rumors about the artist and made insulting remarks. This behavior is very serious and has seriously infringed on Ms. Ni Ni's right to reputation. The Internet is not a lawless place. We do not intend to occupy public resources. This studio will not tolerate any acts that infringe on Ms. Ni Ni's legitimate rights and interests. We have commissioned lawyers to collect evidence and pursue the legal responsibilities of relevant users. We hope everyone will work together to maintain a good and harmonious online atmosphere.
The lawyer's statement shows that some parties have continuously posted content attacking the client through social media accounts, fabricating false information about the client having "backing" or "connections" and involving unrelated film and television production teams, as well as some extreme parties engaging in malicious defamation, causing a bad influence.

On October 31st, the young screenwriter "Gu Er" (Cheng Junnian), who had previously been suspended from his WeChat account, opened an account on Xiaohongshu and released seven segments of audio, totaling more than an hour. Currently, the content published by this account has been cleared.

Gu Er's Xiaohongshu account released multiple audio segments

The content of this account has now been cleared
The core controversy of the audio still revolves around the copyright of "Fanhua". In the audio content, Gu Er proves that he wrote a large number of key scenes of the show and claims that while he was responsible for the scriptwriting, he also took on part of Wang Jiawei's personal assistant duties, earning only a few thousand yuan per month, but did not receive credit as a screenwriter or corresponding royalties.
In the audio, Qin Wen and her female companion revealed that they were arrested after assaulting a police officer and called someone to get them out of the police station. Wang Jiawei asked: "You are so open about it, do you call all your police friends?" The female companion said she made one phone call, and the person who came had a certain way: "Two sentences got us both out. He had already called the police station director." Qin Wen said that the person who got them out was a friend's younger brother.
In the audio, Wang Jiawei mentioned that Tang Yan was "pretentious": "Tell you, Tang Yan is a pretentious person, so first you don't let her arrive first (at the meeting place), let the teacher (who would explain foreign trade knowledge the next day) come first." He also asked Gu Er to warm up the scene and explain the characters and story to Tang Yan.
Additionally, the audio content also showed that the screenwriter Qin Wen revealed that Liu Shishi and Ni Ni competed for lines in "Liu Jin Yue".
Qin Wen mentioned that fans of Liu Shishi posted on Weibo complaining and tagged herself and the official Weibo account of the production team, claiming that the screenwriter assigned important lines of Jiang Nan Sun (played by Liu Shishi) in the original work to Zhu Suo Suo (played by Ni Ni). Qin Wen said that this was written by another screenwriter, and she was unaware of it.
Qin Wen also revealed that Liu Shishi once approached her to find out the situation, "I pushed her back," "and then she didn't come again."
Qin Wen analyzed that since it was a TV series currently being filmed, fans could not know what the lines were, so it should be the actors' team who leaked them, and used fans to pressure the creation team.
In the audio, Wang Jiawei also said that You Benchang was "not that simple" and "not easy to deal with".
In the audio, Wang Jiawei and Qin Wen also frequently talked about Chen Daoming, because they intended for Chen Daoming to play "Uncle." Qin Wen also mentioned that Chen Daoming likes to "quote books" (refer to classical texts).
Previously, on September 22nd, Gu Er had also exposed audio. In which Qin Wen mentioned that Chen Daoming thought it was too dangerous to act in Wang Jiawei's play, "but he was still interested and kept asking..." Qin Wen also criticized Chen Daoming for loving to quote books.
Previously, since 2023, regarding the topic of script creation for the TV series "Fanhua", screenwriter Gu Er has been posting articles on his WeChat official account, but has not received much response. It wasn't until late August and early September this year, when Gu Er released several audio clips, that the public finally paid attention.
On September 20th, the "Fanhua" TV series production team issued a response, stating, "The production team respects and supports the legitimate rights and interests of all creators... The long ending credits at the end of the last episode are our affirmation and tribute to more than two thousand staff members of Fanhua." In addition, the production team announced that they will soon publicly release the three-year pre-production content of "Fanhua".
On September 23rd, the "Fanhua" production team issued a statement saying that Cheng Mou was a member of the pre-production data collection group for the TV series "Fanhua", and there had never been a case where he served as the screenwriter for "Fanhua" from start to finish.
The statement said that the content of the articles published by Cheng Mou was based on the production team's staff as prototypes, with a lot of subjective speculation and fictional plots, which were seriously inconsistent with the actual situation. Cheng Mou used his position to secretly record private conversations of the main creators of the production team. More seriously, Cheng Mou processed and selected the audio content without authorization and illegally published it publicly, seriously infringing on others' privacy, "lacking professional ethics entirely."

The statement released by the "Fanhua" production team in September
"Fanhua" is directed and produced by Wang Jiawei, scripted by Qin Wen, and stars Hu Ge, Ma Yili, Tang Yan, and Xin Zhilei. It is adapted from the novel "Fanhua" by writer Jin Yuicheng.
The story is set in Shanghai in the 1990s and mainly tells the story of people like Abao who use the opportunities of the times and their own talents to bravely face challenges in the turbulent society, gradually changing their fate and achieving personal growth through perseverance and determination.
