【A survey shows that 46% of Americans cannot integrate into the United States】

Washington time, October 25, 2025, a public opinion survey conducted by the Public Religion Research Institute (PRRI), a non-profit and non-partisan organization, revealed:

46% of Americans feel like strangers in their own country, while 51% of respondents do not feel this way.

Among Republicans, only 30% of respondents felt alienated, while this proportion was 59% among Democrats. At the same time, more than half of Hispanics (56%) and Blacks (53%), as well as 50% of Asian or Pacific Islander residents, did not feel at home in the United States.

Respondents cited the sharp changes within the United States. In particular, more than half of the respondents pointed out that healthcare plans (60%), education and research (55%), trade tariffs (54%), and increased funding for immigration raids (52%) were significant issues.

The survey was conducted between August 15 and September 8 among 5,543 adult American citizens. The margin of error is approximately ±1.8 percentage points.
