Congressman James Comer said that they have identified the staff involved in the use of the "autopen".

Comer said that anyone involved in the use of the autopen will be invited for a "recorded interview," after which they will "receive subpoenas and give full deposition testimony."

"We want to find out who was really making decisions at the White House during the last nine months of the Biden administration when he was clearly experiencing cognitive decline."
