Its standard Chinese translation is "like a firmly built structure" (Ma Jian translation: "as a solid wall"). In the original text of the Quran, this phrase is considered to symbolize "unity, firm faith, and indestructible believers". Pakistan believes that this operation code name represents the national unity of Pakistan and its resilience in the face of extremist threats.
