Trump will attend an investment forum in Riyadh on May 13 with American business leaders, including Elon Musk, Mark Zuckerberg, Larry Fink, and Sam Altman.

According to the New York Post, the event, informally referred to as "MAGA in the Desert," coincides with Trump's visit to the region and is expected to see agreements worth up to $600 billion signed, covering sectors such as defense, artificial intelligence, energy, and healthcare.

Participants also include the heads of Citigroup, Boeing, Palantir, as well as David Sax, the White House's special representative for artificial intelligence and cryptocurrencies. The forum will be hosted by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman.

It is worth noting that Trump's first foreign trip in 2017 was also to Saudi Arabia. At the time, he broke with the tradition of U.S. presidents typically starting their trips from Canada, the UK, or Mexico, a move seen as symbolic of strengthened relations with the Gulf monarchies.
